Eye strain is one of the biggest problem that is happening throughout the world. Due to lockdown students are going online for study ( online study) through which approx 99% students are facing from eye strain.
Eye strain
When we watch most of the time, laptop and tv without blinking our eyes for long time then our eyes dry due to which our eyes get pain. Today 90% people are suffering from eye strain.
Region of eye strain
• lie down while studying
• less distance between our eyes and screen
• insufficient light
• continues watch our laptop and mobile phone for long hours.
Reduce eye strain
• keep your screen at eye level
• wash your eye in every 20 minutes.
• use computer glass while studying or working on laptop and mobile phone.
• follow 20- 20- 20 rule.

When you see your screen for 20 minutes then take a rest for 20 second. At that time see 20 feet away from the window or lobi of your room.
Exercises to reduce eye strain
• rub your hands and keep your palm ( hand ) on your eyes.
• move your eyes clockwise, anticlockwise and daignally.
• see far distance.
All the exercises repeat five times daily.
Diet
• take green vegetables and fruits daily which is a good source of vitamin.
• drink sufficient water
